I wish I could turn back time
I love oldies. This is one of them. They help me reminisce about my younger years... (sigh!).
EPortfolio Course in JB
This is a very interesting course. We could explore unfamiliar sites, write blogs as parts of preparing eportfolios. I guess the students are going to like this (though not all the lecturers are). What is the best aspect of this is it minimises the use of paper. It allows editing to be done anytime and anywhere; and it can comprise of anything under the sun. Conventional portfolios only allow us to file print-outs, so this is sooooo much better!
My Hope
I didn't get the PhD scholarship. I'm NOT giving up. I'm going to apply again this year and if (God forbids!) I don't get it again, I'll do my PhD on a part time basis (again!).
The previous application was for doing the PhD locally. My next application will be for studying overseas. Forgive me if I sound boastful, but I have never studies overseas (the only time was when I went through a short stint in Singapore - a three week course).
People, whether you like me or not, please pray that I'll get it. I promise I'll give my best in my studies.

Huh!?
It had been almost 3 years since I last wrote in my blog (if you can call it a blog, that is!). I've completed my MESL in UM, convocated in August last year. Thank God. That was a big relief.
I just found out that I failed in my application for PhD scholarship this year. I hope I'll be eligible next year as I'm turning 40 soooonish. I plan to study overseas as I've never studied abroad.
I'm attending an e-portfolio course in JB. it's interesting. Hope I can remember everything so that I can teach others.
